How are we in May already!? I don’t know about you but this year is flying by!
While May is special for Mom’s, it is also a special time for our kids to end a big chapter and start a new one! While Riley may be only 2, I do have a special graduate this year that is giving me all the feels. I remember when I first had to share my room with my niece. She was two and within a first week of her coming in, she puked noodles all over the floor of our room. It’s funny to think about now going from sharing a room, sharing a mutual space and NOW she is 18 and graduating this season! Seriously, how does time go by this fast?!
While I don’t want time to actually go faster, I look forward to the day Riley graduates mostly because I purposely took this photo that I think would be such a fun graduation photo for her! When she was 4 months old, I made her a little graduation cap out of construction paper and yarn and her pose by a chalk board and little diploma. It was so funny cause this session she decided was the perfect time to learn to roll over which was a problem for me cause I needed her on her tummy! But check this out, she was so tiny!
This time is so special especially for High School Seniors because they have their whole life ahead of them. You have watched them grow from birth and now they get to start making their own life decisions. Will they stay home for college? Will they travel abroad? Will they go away for college? What do they want to be or what do they want to explore. For many families, once graduation comes, the family may start to spread out. This becomes a special time to not only get those last family photos before they start their new adventure but also to have a session just for them to help remember this accomplishment.
If you have a senior who isn’t one to want to sit in a studio with lights and take some boring pictures but rather go to a fun location where they get to show a little bit more of their personality, I am the photographer for them!
I am currently offering Senior Sessions for $140. You get a 1 hour session with 8 digital images and a print release which means you can print these for your homes, for their graduation announcements or party invitations! I do have a 2 week turn around so now is the perfect time to drop me a message and schedule your session now!
Oh! I’m not leaving out your college seniors either! If you have a college graduate who you want a special session for, they are totally welcome as well!
In the mean time, enjoy some of my past favorite senior sessions!
